Below you will find a list of the R.P Heating and Cooling team of management consultants making up the important decision makers in our company

Ronald (Ronnie) D. Lowe, President/CEO

Ronnie is a native of Savannah, Georgia and his HVAC/R experience dates back to 1980. His background consist of Commercial, Industrial and Residential Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration. Ronnie has earned his H3-I License from the NC State Board of Mechanical Contractors. His primary focus is to develop and implement the Company's Vision and provide Leadership to see it through fruition.

Carlton Brown, General Manager

Carlton moved to Indian Trail in 2008. His responsibilities include day to day operations, customer service, sales, marketing and advertising. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded such companies as Raleigh Air, North State Bank and Cardeness Solutions. His civic endeavors include numerous charities and non-profits, as well as a former Officer and Director for the Better Business Bureau of Eastern NC.

Angela Allen, Office Manager

Angela joined the Company in March of 2007. With an accounting background, she is our A/P and A/R Manager along with day to day management of all office functions. Angela lives in Western Union County, NC with her husband Gene, of 18 years, and 16 year old daughter Brittany. In her spare time, she is very active in her church, Missionaries of the Poor, and Union County Homeless Shelter. A transplant from Pennsylvania, Angela has been in the Charlotte area since 1980.

Tony Cato, Service Manager

Tony joined RP Heating & Cooling in 2005 and became the Company's Service Manager in 2007. An '86 graduate of Anson Technical Institute he has also been factory trained and certified through Trane, Rheem, Comfortmaker and Carrier. Tony is a life long resident of Union County, a Professional Bowler and a former State Chess Champion.

David Lowe, Jr., Service Coordinator

David is originally from Savannah Georgia and moved to the area in 2005. He began his HVAC career in the service department, continued his education at CPCC and moved from the field into the office as the Company's Service Coordinator in 2006. Though he is first to arrive to work every day and one of the last to leave, he enjoys reading and disc golf in his spare time.
